While Working Class Hero’s Inc. focuses on charitable causes and social good for working-class Americans, we are not considered a non-profit organization. Working Class Hero’s Inc. maintains a traditional business structure and is NOT a 501(C)(3) corporation.

Maintaining a traditional corporate structure has more flexibility than a nonprofit in how it can utilize and allocate its funds

The information and identity of our contributors are kept confidential. We will not sell, share, or trade our contributors’ names or personal information with any other entity nor send mailings to our contributors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by Working Class Hero’s Inc., both online and offline, on any platform and any electronic, written, or oral communications. To the extent any contributions are processed through a third-party service provider, our contributors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the contribution.

Designated contributions to the support of Working Class Hero funds are greatly appreciated, and a receipt will be issued at the contributor's request. However, our solicitations will be discontinued if a particular need is over-funded. Otherwise, designated funds may be redirected and applied to cover funding shortfalls of similar projects (at the discretion and direction of the Board of Directors and Senior Management) and then to broader projects or needs that fall within the mission and purposes of Working Class Hero’s Inc.

Working Class Hero’s Inc. management continuously analyzes and seeks ways to reduce overhead so that every available dollar contributes to our overall vision. “Overhead” includes salaries of our limited home office’s non-departmental support staff and normal expenses associated with conducting business, such as insurance, utilities, office supplies, etc.

Working Class Hero’s Inc. will post our first annual report at the close of our fiscal year, highlighting accomplishments and stories.

The support of financial partners is vital to Working Class Hero’s work throughout the U.S. That’s why we make every effort to be transparent in our communication and work and honor our contributors, who have entrusted us with their contributions.

We vow that all contributions will stay within the United States and never be sent overseas. Working Class Hero’s Inc. believes that it is critical to assist the working class of America.
